Angelo Lo Greco at the luxury hotel's Stables bar London's has a whipped up this Carrot Cake-tail concoction by infusing our "awfully english" vodka with a slice of carrot cake before stirring it with walnut-infused Cointreau and rich Mozart Dark. Chocolate liqueur.

The drink is then lengthened with gently effervescent cream soda before being topped off with an icing foam and chopped walnuts - and the team will positively encourage you to finish off the last creamy remnants from the bottom of the glass with a silver spoon once you've slurped the last satisfying sip.
