Created by the bar team at Bantof Soho this blissfully creamy Espresso Colada combines Broken Clock vodka with Mr Black Spirits coffee liqueur, a homemade pineapple cordial and fresh espresso, before being blended with coconut and white chocolate mousse.

A dusting of grated dark chocolate tops off this velvety treat, which is being served until Sunday as part of London's Espresso Martini Fest.
