Broken Clock comes from the English country garden at Shandy Hall in North Yorkshire, and it’s here that we gather the windfall, organic apples for our vodka’s characterful recipe.

And this cocktail combines these classic orchard tangs with the rustic crunch of Showerings Cider, zesty lime, a pinch of cinnamon and the warming spice of a generous dash of Nuet Aquavit Moments Toddy.
